    Acceptable Use Policy

    Last updated: August 1, 2026

    01Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every account, storefront, API key, and automation running on Astrixy, including stores you create for clients. It supplements the Terms of Service; where the two overlap, the stricter rule applies. We also inherit restrictions from our payment processors and suppliers — an activity that is legal in your country may still be prohibited here because a downstream provider forbids it.

Version 2.1. Applies to all plans, including trials and the free tier.

    02Prohibited Businesses

You may not use Astrixy to sell, promote, or fulfil any of the following:

    • Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods, including "inspired by" branded items.
    • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their regulated components or 3D-printable files.
    • Prescription medication, controlled substances, research chemicals, and unapproved medical devices.
    • Tobacco, vaping products, nicotine pouches, and cannabis-derived products (including CBD) where the destination market restricts them.
    • Adult content, escort services, or sexually explicit merchandise.
    • Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes with paid entry, and virtual casino credits.
    • Financial products requiring a licence: lending, debt collection, investment advice, forex signals, crypto exchange or custodial services.
    • Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" programmes, and paid referral chains with no underlying product.
    • Products claiming to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent disease without regulatory clearance.
    • Stolen goods, hacked accounts, credential dumps, or personal data sold as a product.

    03Restricted Activity

The following are permitted only with prior written approval from compliance@astrixy.app: pre-orders with lead times over 60 days, subscription boxes billed more than 30 days in advance, high-ticket items over USD 2,000, charitable fundraising, ticketing and events, and any business operating in a market subject to sanctions screening.

    04Platform Integrity

Regardless of what you sell, you may not:

    • Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, entitlement checks, or row-level security.
    • Probe, scan, or load-test infrastructure you do not own without an authorised test window.
    • Scrape another merchant's catalogue, pricing, or customer data.
    • Use the AI features to generate malware, phishing content, defamatory claims, or deceptive advertising.
    • Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS through Astrixy sending domains.
    • Resell raw Astrixy compute, storage, or AI credits as a standalone product.
    • Operate more accounts than your plan permits to evade limits or a prior suspension.

    05Consumer Protection Requirements

Every storefront you publish must display accurate shipping timelines, a reachable support contact, a refund policy, and the true country of dispatch. Dropshipped items with transit times over 14 days must state the estimated delivery window before checkout. Countdown timers, stock counters, and social-proof notifications must reflect real data — fabricated urgency is a violation and a common trigger for processor account review.

    06Enforcement

We enforce proportionately, in the following order where circumstances allow:

    • Notice. Email to the account owner describing the issue and a remediation deadline, typically 72 hours.
    • Limitation. Specific features (publishing, payouts, bulk email, AI generation) are disabled while the rest of the account continues to operate.
    • Suspension. Storefronts return a maintenance page; data remains intact and exportable.
    • Termination. Account closure and permanent removal after the 30-day export window.

Immediate suspension without notice is reserved for illegal content, active fraud, payment-processor demands, credible security threats, and court or regulator orders.

    07Reporting a Violation

Report abuse to abuse@astrixy.app with the storefront URL, a description of the issue, and any evidence. We acknowledge within one business day. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA Policy; security issues follow Responsible Disclosure.

    08Appeals

If your account was limited or suspended, reply to the enforcement email or write to appeals@astrixy.app within 30 days. Include your account email, the case reference, and what has changed. A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision responds within five business days.
