Astrixy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

    02Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on Astrixy infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent containing:

    • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorised agent).
    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
    • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Astrixy.
    • Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
    • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

    04Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the same agent containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

    05Repeat Infringers

Astrixy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

    06Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
