End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms, the Terms of Service, and payment of applicable fees, Astrixy LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Astrixy platform, including the web dashboard and mobile applications, for your own commercial purposes during your subscription term.

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly except where that restriction is unenforceable by law.
• No copying, mirroring, or creating derivative works of the platform itself.
• No sublicensing, reselling, renting, or operating the platform as a service for third parties beyond the agency features expressly provided by your plan.
• No removal or obscuring of proprietary notices.
• No circumvention of licence keys, entitlement checks, rate limits, or usage metering.
• No use of the platform to build a directly competing product.

Astrixy and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the platform, its source code, models, design system, and documentation. This is a licence, not a sale. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated here.

You retain ownership of your products, media, copy, brand assets, and customer data. You grant Astrixy a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf, and to create backups. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backup rotation.

Storefront themes and templates supplied by Astrixy are licensed for use on stores you operate through the platform. You may modify them for that purpose. You may not extract, redistribute, or sell them as standalone templates, nor deploy them outside Astrixy. Themes you author yourself remain yours.

Output produced by Astrixy's AI features — product descriptions, images, ad copy, storefront layouts — is yours to use commercially, subject to these terms. Because generative models can produce similar output for different users, we do not warrant that any output is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, particularly for regulated product claims. Do not submit third-party confidential information as prompt input.

Where you install an Astrixy mobile application, this licence also covers that application. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and bear no responsibility for the application or for support. Any store-specific terms imposed by the distribution platform apply in addition to these terms.

We may release updates, add features, or deprecate features. Material deprecations affecting documented functionality are announced at least 90 days in advance. Updates are covered by this licence unless accompanied by separate terms.

The platform incorporates open source software licensed by third parties. Those components are governed by their own licences, listed at astrixy.app/open-source.

This licence terminates automatically if you breach it, and on expiry or cancellation of your subscription. On termination you must stop using the platform. You may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. Sections 3, 4, 6, and 11 survive termination.

The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, which govern the commercial relationship between us and prevail in the event of conflict with this licence.
