Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Astrixy (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), trading as Astrixy and operating the website www.astrixy.app and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Astrixy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service within the plan you have purchased. Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or usage quotas

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity (including spam)
• Violating intellectual property rights of any party
• Uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Probing, scanning, scraping, or interfering with security or infrastructure
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users

SaaS subscription billing is processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Payment card data is handled directly by Dodo Payments; we do not store card numbers on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be collected based on your billing location and local law. We may change our fees on notice to active subscribers; changes take effect at the next renewal. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel from your account's Billing page at astrixy.app/dashboard/billing.

Storefront (buyer) payments to merchants who use Astrixy are processed by the merchant's own payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or other providers). Astrixy is not a party to those transactions and does not hold buyer funds.

The Service and all of its original content, features, software, designs, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Astrixy and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and brand may not be used without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

In no event shall Astrixy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days prior to implementation. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
