Trademark Policy

"Astrixy", the Astrixy shopping-bag logo, and the product names Astrixy Store Builder, Astrixy Concierge, Astrixy Logistics, Astrixy Site Studio, Astrixy Support Desk, and Astrixy Ads Engine are trademarks of Astrixy LLC. This policy explains how third parties may refer to them. It does not grant you any ownership interest, and it may be updated as our brand evolves.

• Referring to Astrixy in plain text to describe interoperability — "Works with Astrixy", "Built on Astrixy" — provided the reference is truthful and not the most prominent element of your branding.
• Editorial, journalistic, and academic references.
• Comparative statements that are accurate and verifiable.
• Using the unmodified logo from our brand assets to link back to www.astrixy.app.

• Any use in a company name, product name, domain name, app-store listing, or social handle.
• Merchandise, printed materials, event signage, or paid advertising creative.
• Any use implying partnership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.
• Registering "astrixy" or a confusingly similar string as a trademark anywhere in the world.

Requests: brand@astrixy.app. Include mockups and the intended distribution.

• Do not recolour, rotate, stretch, outline, add effects to, or animate the logo.
• Maintain clear space equal to the height of the bag icon on all sides.
• Minimum size: 24 px height on screen, 10 mm in print.
• Do not place the logo on a background that reduces contrast below 3:1.
• Do not combine the logo with your own mark to form a single composite lockup.

Stores hosted on Astrixy must not use third-party trademarks they are not authorised to use. Listing a product as a "replica", "OEM version", or "1:1 copy" of a branded item is a violation of both this policy and the Acceptable Use Policy and will result in immediate listing removal.

Send a notice to trademark@astrixy.app containing: your mark and registration number (or basis for common-law rights), the exact URLs at issue, an explanation of why the use is likely to cause confusion, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We acknowledge within two business days and typically resolve within ten.

If your listing or storefront was removed under this policy and you believe you hold a licence or the use is nominative fair use, reply with your evidence to trademark@astrixy.app. We restore content where the claim is successfully rebutted.
