Astrixy provides software. We are not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter, e-money issuer, or investment firm, and we do not hold customer funds. Buyer payments made on merchant storefronts are processed by the merchant's own payment provider under that merchant's agreement with the provider. Subscription payments for Astrixy itself are processed by our merchant of record. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Your relationship with Astrixy is governed by the Terms of Service, the End User License Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Service Level Agreement. Where those documents conflict, the Terms of Service prevail unless the specific document states otherwise.

We ask that you contact legal@astrixy.app first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally; most issues are settled within 30 days. Formal dispute resolution, governing law, and venue are set out in the Terms of Service.

Consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Astrixy is not obliged and is not generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Storefronts, product listings, reviews, and media published by merchants are their content, not ours. We do not pre-screen it and are not obliged to monitor it, but we act on notice under the Acceptable Use Policy and the DMCA Policy. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, and no endorsement is implied.
