Marketplace policies

Prices shown include the item price; taxes and delivery are shown at checkout before you pay. If a listing contains a pricing or availability error, we will cancel and refund the affected order rather than ship something you did not agree to.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline orders that fail fraud or sanctions screening, or that cannot legally be shipped to the destination.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from your order page. Once dispatched, use the returns process.

We do not list weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, live animals, hazardous materials or anything restricted in the destination country.

Reviews may be submitted by customers with a verified order. We remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or unrelated to the product, and we do not delete reviews for being negative.
