    Delivery cost and the estimated arrival window are shown for your address at checkout, before you pay.

    Processing

    Orders are prepared for dispatch on working days. You receive a confirmation as soon as the order is accepted, and tracking as soon as the carrier issues it.

    Tracking

    Tracking appears on your orders page. Carrier scans can take a day or two to start updating after dispatch.

    Customs and duties

    Cross-border shipments may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient.

    Delays and lost parcels

    If the delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number and we will trace the parcel or refund you under buyer protection.
